ORQESTRA
Orqestra is a platform designed to help businesses integrate crypto into their financial strategy through automated bitcoin treasury management.
I joined as Product Designer, working closely with the founder from day one. He had a strong waitlist and investor backing, so speed was critical. Together, we defined the core MVP features and built a streamlined onboarding flow to get clients up and running quickly.
Onboarding was the most crucial step. It involved sensitive flows like bank integrations and investment setup, where even small friction could cause drop-offs. To tackle this, we researched the most common banks and gateways among our waitlist, creating seamless integrations. Thanks to the founder’s connections, we were able to validate and implement them fast.
To accelerate development, I created a lean design system and directly built HTML + TailwindCSS components, allowing the frontend team to move quickly without sacrificing consistency.
One of the biggest insights from user feedback was hesitation: many had never invested in BTC because they couldn’t easily see if it was actually paying off. To address this, we designed clear analytics dashboards comparing BTC performance against USD and traditional investments, making risk and reward much more transparent.
Key outcomes:
Onboarded over 500 clients within the first 2 months
Achieved a churn rate below 2%
Built trust and usability in a highly complex financial space
